『一往一返』是一個兩個國境的國際文化交流活動。在地文化的主理人使用他們的專業技術，到海外進行新的創作來傳達溝通以及文化交流。此活動包含著藝術、食物、音樂的現場表演，以及擴張社群的關鍵字，使生活更佳豐富。
“Ittari kitari vol.2” is an international exchange event where local culture is exchanged across national borders. Local stars who are active in the local community bring their skills to create a space to exchange and create new imaginations. Art, cuisine, music, performance, and many other keywords will be used to expand the community and make it a part of your rich life.
